BankPlus has a long history as a community bank with exceptional customer service. It was a time to expand on that and focus on products and services in their marketing and messaging.
“Your Bank. Your Plus.” was an idea that surfaced during a quick-turn in-house focus group, where Ramey heard first-hand from customers and noncustomers. One thing that rang true with every conversation: customers love the highly personal service they receive from BankPlus – but there was a surprising lack of awareness when it came to the industry-leading technology and products offered by the bank. The campaign introduced the full suite of easy-to-use financial tools and products, showing BankPlus customers can bank whenever, wherever and however works for them.
