Ramey, an independent, full-service advertising agency, is thrilled to announce that we’re hiring a Program Director to lead our new project management department! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced candidate with 10+ years of agency project management experience. The Program Director will play a crucial role in providing senior-level guidance during program/campaign scoping, managing program budgets and work-back schedules, and acting as the senior agency advocate on accounts. Additionally, they will oversee the scoping for new business and RFP proposals, mentor and train project management team members, and execute annual reviews.
The ideal candidate is a team player who is dedicated to their teams and clients. They should have experience collaborating with team members to create program/campaign estimates aligned with proposed scopes of work, and be skilled in developing program/campaign work breakdown structures, creating timelines, and driving successful execution of programs/campaigns, on-quality, on-budget, and on-schedule. Direct employee management experience is required, as well as experience managing RFP/pitch processes.
