Michelle is a seasoned marketing and agency leader with two decades of experience guiding clients across regulated and complex industries. Her client work spans investor-owned utilities, oil and gas, manufacturing, and wireless. She brings a deep understanding of regulated environments and helps clients connect business and marketing strategy to improve customer satisfaction and support positive regulatory outcomes. Michelle is also adept at leading clients from strategy through execution while navigating internal stakeholders and organizational change.

As President, Michelle leads Ramey’s growth, operational strategy and client service initiatives. She co-leads the agency’s executive team with CEO Chris Ray, helping ensure Ramey continues to deliver excellence, collaboration and creativity for its clients.
