For 17 years (and counting) we have partnered with The Catfish Institute (TCI) and its executive director, Roger Barlow, to support the U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish Industry through marketing, education, and outreach. The U.S Catfish Trail features noteworthy restaurants throughout the Southeast. The “Eat Like A Local” campaign invites catfish fans and curious foodies to visit our loyal local restaurants, while also encouraging more restaurants to put U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish on their menu.
