During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Friedrich partnered with Ramey to launch their revolutionary in-room HVAC product, combining VRP performance with single-package simplicity. Despite the travel industry’s historic downturn, Ramey helped Friedrich reach the right audience by forging a strategic alliance with Hotel Management to host a webinar and roundtable for hospitality leaders. This effort was supported by an integrated communications campaign through performance marketing and trade channels. The webinar attracted 300 attendees—double the expected turnout—and generated new leads, including a major contract with Marriott.
