As Sr. Project Manager, you’ll ensure that client projects are executed on-time, on-budget and to the highest quality. You’ll coordinate between departments, manage timelines and deliverables and ensure each project flows smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who combines organizational rigor with creative flexibility.

Role Details

  • Manage multiple client projects to ensure delivery on-time, on-budget and meeting quality standards
  • Create, monitor and adjust project schedules and budgets
  • Coordinate with client services, creative and media teams throughout all project phases
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and vendors to ensure alignment and delivery
  • Identify and manage project scope changes, recommending solutions and documenting updates
  • Support billing and revenue recognition meetings by providing accurate project data
  • Lead internal team status meetings and ensure accurate documentation of project progress

What's Needed For This Role

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency (experience working with a media team is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with complex deliverables
  • Strong understanding of project timelines, budgets and workflows
  • Skilled communicator and collaborator across departments
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Workamajig, Wrike, Advantage, Asana, or similar)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

As Senior Media Planner/Buyer, you’ll play a vital role in planning, executing and optimizing digital media campaigns that deliver results. You’ll work closely with account and strategy teams to connect brand goals with audience insights, ensuring media investments are smart, efficient and effective.

Role Details

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies across search, display, video and social
  • Manage campaign setup, pacing and optimization
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align media and creative execution
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
  • Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate new media opportunities
  • Assist in budgeting, billing and financial reconciliation of media campaigns
  • Stay current on industry trends, technology and emerging media channels

What's Needed For This Role

  • 3–7+ years of digital media planning/buying experience (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, paid social and search platforms
  • Analytical mindset with experience using media performance tools and data
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative approach and proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, Google Analytics and Excel
