The newest member of #TeamRamey hails from Lake Charles, Louisiana, and will be working in our New Orleans office (following safety protocol, of course). She’ll take on the role of Senior Account Executive. Beginning her Ramey career during a pandemic may not be ideal, but, as Caroline says, “it’s just part of the new normal.”
Caroline attended LSU and worked for the sports program, where she was able to learn the communications side of college athletics. She did a little of everything, from writing game programs to assisting gameday production. We’ll give her a few more months to soak up the National Championship season before the banter begins.
After life in Baton Rouge, Caroline began working at Zehnder Communications in New Orleans. She also had a stint at Foxglove Communications, where she worked in the hospitality and food and beverage industries. She’s a foodie at heart, so representing a James Beard Foundation Award winner was just icing on the cake.
And if you’re as obsessed with true crime podcasts as we are, you’re about to melt with envy. Caroline had the privilege of leading media relations for last year’s CrimeCon event. All of the most popular podcasts, voices and tales of grisly murders in one place. Sounds like a dream job, but coordinating interviews with major media outlets is anything but easy.
All of this to say, we’re ecstatic to have Caroline on board. Welcome to #TeamRamey!
