In order to increase deposits, Bank of the Ozarks developed a new CD offering.


The bank’s go-to-market campaign used print ads with limited online support to reach potential customers in targeted markets. Though the new product was set at a competitive rate, new CD account activity remained somewhat flat.


Using customer analytics, Ramey developed a one-to-one direct marketing approach to more surgically reach a new strata of potential customers. We created a predictive model based on the bank’s current base of CD customers, which in turn allowed us to identify top-decile prospects in the selected markets.
